The Community Foundation is thrilled to celebrate the latest chapter in our team's growth with the well-deserved promotions of several dedicated staff members. Deborah Pfledderer, MBA, has taken on a broader leadership role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer; while Fred Smith, MPA, CAP®, has transitioned to Vice President of Community Engagement. Cassandra Norton has been promoted to Director of External Relations, and Lethea Cortner steps into the role of Director of Scholarships and Grants. We are excited about this new phase, as these talented individuals continue to demonstrate exceptional dedication, leadership, and commitment to our mission.
